Just download the DLL file, extract it to:
C:\Program Files\Atari\Deer Hunter 2005\
Go to the game and find/host servers on internet.

You can also host LAN servers with Hamachi, just download and install the program, create a Network on Hamachi, invite your friends by sending the name of it and password. Once your friends joined it, go the game (TH2003, DH2004, DH2005) host a server, make sure It's not published on GameSpy option, you will find the online server on Local. Have fun!
